Excellent, local travel agency! Very easy to work with and made great suggestions about what sights to see and booked fantastic guides and drivers. We also booked a last minute Galapagos cruise through them and got a 50% off rate which was the same price that another couple on the cruise booked from the Galapagos the day before the cruise sailed. Ricky Alvarez was our travel planner at the agency an he was great, with excellent English. I highly recommend GreenGo travel

Anahi was an Amazing experience. Now I wish we had done 7 days, so we will have to return!! The staff was a 10+, the guide/Naturalist (Galo) was exceptional. Everything worked very well/ accommodations were excellent- very comfortable and large suite. Food was above average, but could use a little improvement in a couple areas… but overall, OK…. But more like 3.8-4 star…. Not 5 star. Chef and service crew were enthusiastic and enjoyable. The arrangements, shuttles, transportation and Covid test help was spot in and flawless. Thank you for help in making our Galápagos adventure a memorable one. We will return!

Anahi provided us with a memorable trip that we will never forget!! Staff, guide, itinerary—all perfect. Angel went above and beyond, working extra hours, navigating global travel systems that could barely cope with Covid, let along all our extra needs. Angel did all this under time pressure and with a smile. Nearly 6 decades ago, my father a businessman, told me, a naive teenager, that he only makes money by providing a service, by helping others. Angel has lived up to our highest ideal, personally and professionally. Muchas gracias, de todos nosotros, Fred, Sue, Ada Mae, Irvin / PS: We did not tip the crew nor Roberto. If you could direct us, we will find a way to take care of this. They, especially, Roberto were excellent.

Hello Alik, We have just been in the Amazon rain forest in Peru for a week without Wi-Fi, so that is why I’m only writing now. We had a wonderful time. The boat was fantastic and the guide, Rocío, was incredible as well. Even though it turned out to be more expensive than we had hoped initially, we still felt like it was worth it. Everything seemed to go according to plan. If I had to give you some feedback regarding something that came as a surprise, it would be that we didn’t expect an Anahi representative to meet us in Quito airport, only in the Galapagos airport. We didn’t know we were supposed to look for him, but Jennie spotted him randomly, as he had a sign that said Anahi on it. He had already printed our boarding passes, and helped with baggage check-in. So everything went fine in the end. Now we are continuing our journey south though Peru, Bolivia, and Chile. Although we do wish we had saved Galapagos for last 😉 Kind regards,Christian and Jennie

We have booked parts of our 4 weeks trip to Ecuador and Galapagos with GreenGo and can only highly recommend this agency. It provided excellent and professional service. Angel – our contact at GreenGo – was very patient in helping us to find a cruise boat for Galapagos that best met our needs. He managed to inform us in time about an early departure of a domestic flight once we were in Ecuador, although it was not too easy to contact us. We had a really wonderful time in Ecuador and Galapagos – also thanks to GreenGo and Angel. By the way, we have finally chosen the ANAHI for our cruise in Galapagos, which has been the perfect choice and an exceptional experience. We had a wonderful time. This trip is certainly among the most impressive ones of all our journeys. Everything worked out as planned, the people were very friendly and helpful and your suggestions and help was very useful. We really loved the Anahi and talking to other people on the boat, who had also been on other ships, confirmed our perception, that the ship and its crew is great. So was the itinerary, we got to see a lot of the islands and the guide was very experienced. Unfortunately we had to go back to the cold weather – it was minus 10 degree Celsius when we arrived back home. However, we have fallen in love with South America and are already thinking of coming back soon. Many thanks once again for all your help, we couldn’t have had any better travel agency and will certainly recommend GreenGo to our friends. All the best to you, Monika Ernst
